Ingredients:
4 Venison burger s
Fruit Jelly or chutney or fruit coulis
Preparation Method:
Break each burger into 6-8 pieces, and roll into balls
Place on tray in oven for 8-10 mins at 200 C.
Serve on a bed of lettuce with coiulis, furit jelly or chutney as a dip.
