No development was required with this recipe, just a desire to cook an amazing cut of venison fast.
Type of dish:
Venison Sirloin Medallions,
Season the medallions with salt and pepper.
Heat up the frying pan and oil to a hot heat.
Fry the sirloin medallions on one side for a minute.
Turn over the madallions and turn off the heat and leave to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Hints and Tips:
Use rapeseed oil in stead of olive oil, it is less likely to burn onto the pan and is a British product.
After 30th April the fallow venison season is closed so we only sell wild roe venison when it is available, therefore it may take us a couple of weeks to forfill your order during the summer months.
