Working with 180 S1 students form Annan Academy and SNH to make venison sausages.On Friday 2nd Nov, RHET are organising a Food and Farming day, where Millbank Parkland Venison will be working with Pete More from the Wildlife Management team at SNH to make, cook and eat venison sausage.
