We were lucky enough to be invited to go to Dryfe Valley show on Saturday at Boreland. Gareth demonstrated some basic butchery skills on a haunch of venison.

The show was a very wet day, but all who attended had lots of fun splashing about in the puddles and jumping about on the wet bouncy castle.

We entered some of the horticultural classes and had some success. It’s a nice thought that the onions we use in our  burgers are of prize winning quality.
