Ingredients:

1lb venison mince
12oz venison sausage
2 small onion’s grated
2 eating apples grated
seasoning
2 oz cranberry relish/beet root preserve/similar
2tb sp breadcrumbs
small amount of tomato ketchup

Preparation Method:

Need together all the ingredients
Put into a loaf tin
bake 1 hr 15 mins at 180 C
after half an hour brush the loaf with tomato ketchup.
