There will be an open day at Millbank on the 11th September 2010. Booking essential.

Millbank Parkland Venison and The Baking Farmer are getting together at Millbank Farm to offer you a fascinating walk around the fallow deer farm and some delicious samples to round off your day out. You’ll see the deer, discover more about venison and its history, find out why venison is one of the healthiest and most environmentally friendly meats around and you’ll learn about the biodiversity of Millbank Farm. After the walk you can try some venison along with some bread samples from new food producer, The Baking Farmer, Stuart Byres from nearby Gimmenbie Farm. Booking is essential.
