I have spent the winter months developing a few new products. One of them is my Gluten Free Venison Sausage. The sausage has proved very popular at the markets I have attended. The Sausage is made from Venison, Hogg casings, onion and a selection of spices.

New Fluffy Arrivals at Millbank

Quail chicksWe have managed to hatch 19 quail chicks. They look like little fluffy bumble bees as the busily buzz about. It’s hard to believe that chicks have developed after only 16 days incubation and even harder to believe that in 6 weeks these “fluffy bumble bees” will be laying eggs!
